Teleclasses
If you decide not to attend a class at least 24 hours prior to first session, you may receive a refund, less a $100 administration fee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will stop future payments from being debited from your credit card. If you have paid for the program in full, we will prorate refund for future months.
If you are unable to attend an upcoming teleclass for which you registered, you may apply the amount you paid towards the next scheduled teleclass. Or you may transfer your registration to another person, provided you advise us of the name of the person who will attend in your place at least 5 days prior to the first session of the next scheduled teleclass.
Workshops/Seminars-
You must attend full course and report to us that they received no value to achieve a full refund.
Private Sessions with GregThere are no refunds on private sessions with Greg. You can either reschedule or transfer session to someone else. If you can not attend your session, please reschedule 24 hrs in advance.Mentoring Sessions
Agreements can be terminated. Refunds will be prorated on the remaining balance of months less $100 administration fee.
Downloadable Products – There are no refunds on mp3 audio, video or ebook products.
All Other Products
If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within 15 days of your initial purchase.
