Happy? Check in!

Are you happy?

I have been in the grace of several transitions these past

few months. Some really amazing souls in life.

It seems a ‘changing of the guard’ if you will.

Our ancestors, having their fill of wisdom are making

the way for a generation of light filled souls. I could not

help but notice that this time of transition is full of undeniable

truth. As I have spent some considerable time in several

hospitals, many images print indelible on my mind.

It seems an amazing phenomenon what a difference a

simple concept of acceptance  can make in the golden

moments of transition. I noticed that those who accepted

their humanness in life, present state, and past decisions,

appeared to be more calm and happy. Enjoying the moment…

moment by moment. After all, isn't that what we really have?

Those that do not accept the natural laws of life, seem to

be in a less happy and healthy state. Disconnected from

reality, lost in thoughts of; should have; or could have;

 freedom and dignity denied.

I began to look at my own life, and what I accept as my truth,

and what is still denied. When I AM in denial,  my life is full

of stress and dis-ease. When I accept my humanness, and

choose from my awareness a path more amenable to my fun

loving nature, health and happiness readily abounds.

I can see the wisdom of knowing, being aware of ones

own chosen path. That it is always chosen, and once

I become my own observer, I can choose differently.

I saw how many times I made a decision, and was not

happy, only to live with it for an interminable time. When,

all that I had to do to be happy, was change my mind and

maybe renegotiate a bit with those directly involved in my decisions.

Check in, and see your results. Then track back to the

thought that created them. See if you are happy or tolerating

your life, and Choose wisely. Wake up…before you die!

Sounds pretty ominous doesn't it?

It is just a choice!

Love and more Love,

Gregory
