What are the underlying ‘excuses’ that course through our subconscious inhibiting success?
How much power do they have over your actions right in this moment?
Like the thought that denies full participation in this exercise :
I don’t have any of those.. or
‘I can’t control everything!’
Take 60 seconds each hour to ask yourself a simple question:
If I am not accomplishing what I want right now, to who or what am I casting the blame ?
Now don’t think about it. Just ask from your heart, breathe and let your heart answer.
